Sandro is a long time PostGIS core developer, former maintainer and current Project Steering Committee member.

He likes using software you can learn from and adapt to your needs, improve and share with others. As a consequence he also tries his best to write software with those qualities. He also likes software that works and thus puts special focus on quality assurance and continuos integration.

In the spare time he dreams about having he plays all kind of music with all kind of instruments and people, plays baseball and walks up the mountains. Then he wakes up.
