Patricia injects her love for people into all aspects of her work. Here at Vizzuality she facilitates processes related to onboarding, internal communications, community & workplace, wellbeing, benefits, and offboarding. 

Patricia’s professional background lay the perfect foundations for her role in our People & Culture team. From her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Business Administration, to her previous experience in the People & Culture team at Discovery Networks, she has many examples of supporting a positive workplace environment and understanding interpersonal dynamics. All the while staying close to her roots in her home city of Madrid, where she was born and raised by her Equatorial Guinean mother and her Galician father. 

Patricia really is a people person, but nothing surpasses her love for her dog Kun who she takes on road trips to the mountains or the beach. She is also very passionate about sharing great food, cooking and dancing – sometimes at the same time.
