Developing the TPI platform.

The brief.

The Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) is a global initiative that assesses and ranks companies based on their preparedness for transitioning to a low-carbon economy. It was launched in 2017 by the London School of Economics (LSE) and the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment in collaboration with the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). Due to our work with them on Climate Change Laws of the World, we were sought as the technical partners to design and deliver this platform.

Our role.

Vizzuality played a central role in developing and continually improving the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) website. Using TPI's data, we crafted a cutting-edge web platform for investors, stakeholders, and companies to access vital climate information. Our team's modern design and user-focused approach led to an intuitive interface. Through ongoing iterations and feedback-driven improvements, we've ensured that TPI's website remains at the forefront of delivering essential climate performance insights, supporting sustainability efforts, and encouraging corporate responsibility in transitioning to a low-carbon future.

Delivered with impact.

Informing policy, investments, and advocacy.

TPI produces public data and reports for investors and stakeholders to make informed decisions, spurs corporate improvement in climate performance, and supports policymakers and advocacy groups in pushing for stronger climate regulations, thereby driving sustainability and a low-carbon future.
