Joining Vizzuality as a Back End Engineer, Jerome brings a unique blend of creative insight and technical acumen to his role.

Born in the UK's south east, he grew up in Cambridge and spent formative years in Bristol - where he graduated from a degree in music technology. In 2020, his path took an unexpected turn as he moved to the Canary Islands, Spain.

His background in music and professional experiences inform his work today, which he describes as "plumbing and wiring for the wizards in the science team". Outside of work, he's devoting his time to rock climbing which he has been doing for as long as he has been coding!
